Description

White sand beach and blue sea which makes honour to name, about 1.5 kilometres long. It's very close to the Ostional National Wildlife Refuge. His waves are ideal for surfing, a condition which, combined with the beauty of the beach, has made of it one of the favorite sites for surfers. With several rocky hills that offer a splendid landscape. It is a beach easily accessible, with a moderate tourism development, but with all the amenities that tourists want.

    En pocos dias viene uno grupo de españoles a comprar propiedades. Necesito de 50 a 60 hectáreas en Guanacaste, con playa. Si hay algun corredor que tenga alguna propiedad pegada, comparto mitad de comisión.

    En cuanto se estima el valor del m2 en Marbella, en lotes de mediado tamaño, directamente en la playa, pero fuera de la zona marítimo terrestre ?
