Location

Located in Guanacaste, Carrillo, Culebra Bay, Gulf of Papagayo.

Description

Beach with greyish sand and blue sea, approximately 1.5 kilometres long, with lush vegetation in its coastline, highlighted by the Panama tree, to which owes its name this beautiful and remote beach. It is part of the Tourist Project Golfo de Papagayo (Gulf Papagayo). Gentle waves ideal for swimmers and divers as well as for fishing and other water sports. Towards the south can be appreciated the estuary Rocha with its lush vegetation of mangroves. Easily accessible throughout the year, is very close to the Daniel Oduber International Airport. It presents a strong tourism development, with luxury hotels, cabins and cottages.

Por cierto yo me voy con mi familia en los primeros días de Enero 2009, seguramente vamos a estar 6 ó 7 días en Playa Panamá en el campimg muy cerca de la playa, los precios son de 5.000 por adulto y 3000 por los niños cada noche, así que hagalé núneros a la vara, Jajaja de verdad que esten bien y nos vemos.

Sabes que yo tengo unos 4 años de acampar en playa Panama, en lugar muy cerca de la playa con agua, luz y seguridad, si quieres me escribes para pasarte los # de telefonos de la gente encargada y no pierdas la oportunidad de visitar esta bella playa.
