This park is regarded as the more extensive unaltered mountainous system covered by tropical forests  in the country.

Its area includes very humid, rainy and cloudy forests, as well as regions crowned by peaks and rocky massifs where cold marshes can be found.

This park has a great value beacause is equipped with a great biodiversity like a extraordinary number of habitats, product of the differences in height, ground, climate and topography, such as the mixed deserts, bogs, oakwood, madronos, helechales and mixed forests, have done of the same World Heritage because of their outstanding universal value.

    E visitado este parque muchas veses, ya que mi familia tiene una finca cerca y cada ves que voy me parese mas interesante, toda su flora, fauna y sus hermosos paisages llenos de gloria.

    Desde hace tiempo he querido ir al parque pero no habia tenido la oportunidad. Voy a ir con unos amigos y me gustaria saber que debo llevar y a donde tengo q bajarmee en el bus. Tambien como está el tiempo por alla. El costo, y si se puede llevar comida. Gracias
