The church of Orosi, well-known because it is the only colonial temple opened to the public, was constructed in 1743 by the franciscanos monks and declared National Patrimony in 1920, Colonial Historical Monument in 1980 and Architectonic Historical Patrimony in 1996. It lodges a small museum of colonial and religious art. It is done of walls of marinates, wood and lime, with floor of brick and ceiling of roofing tile.
